  • ARE THESE PRODUCTS MADE BY INDONESIAN?

Yes, definitely. We always support small local business that just starts their way to be on top and to be known.

  • DO THEY HAVE THEIR OWN WEBSITE SO I CAN CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY?

No they don’t, that’s the purpose of this website, we want to help other small local brands to have a space online. If you have more detail questions you can check to their Instagram page.

  • IF I SUBSCRIBE AS A MEMBER, WHAT ADVANTAGES DO I GET?

First, you don’t need to re-type your address during check out

You’ll get the latest update from us about event / market / special promo

You’ll get a special discount/ promo for member ONLY.

So make sure that you sign up as a member.

  • DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Yes, you have to register an account to purchase our product and also it can give you a faster way to  checkout and payment and you don’t have to retype your address every time you want to purchase our products.

  • ARE THE PRICES FIXED? CAN I BARGAIN?

We deeply apologized, we don’t do bargaining. Everything in this web is a fixed price.

  • HOW TO ORDER?

Click “Shop”

Select the brand you choose

Select products

Click “Add to cart” button (you can add multiple items from different brands)

Click “Check out”

Re-check again what you have added to the cart and the variations (either colors, sizes, qty, and etc)

Make a payment within 12 hours after you check out.

You’ll receive your order confirmation via email within 12 hours.

  • CAN I MODIFY / ADD MORE ITEMS AFTER CHECK OUT?

Unfortunately, you can’t.  Once you check out, you cannot modify / add anything, if you want to add more items, you can make an order again.

  • CAN I PAY USING CREDIT CARD?

Unfortunately, for now we don’t accept credit card. We only accept via bank transfer only for the moment.

  • HOW TO CONFIRM MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN THROUGH?

Please go to our web, click “my account”, then choose “payment confirmation” or kindly contact our admin at hello@etukart.com

  • HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

You can go to our web and go to the page below, click “tracking order” or you can contact us directly in our email.

  • IT HAS BEEN SEVEREAL DAYS LATE AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER YET, WHERE IS MY ORDERS?

Please kindly go to “contact us” to send us an email.

  • I HAVE RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND THERE ARE DEFECTS ON THE BOX / PRODUCTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • HOW DO I RETURN & EXCHANGE?

  • CAN IT RETURN & EXCHANGE SALE / PROMO ITEMS?

Unfortunately, you can’t.  All items that are marked discount / sale / promo cannot be returned & exchanged.

  • DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?

Unfortunately, for now we don’t. We aim to spread our wings to other countries as well.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CONSIGNMENT?

Please check to our “Consignment” page for detail information.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE?

Yes, we do. Depend on the capacity of each brand to do wholesale and you can contact us at our email.

  • DO YOU HAVE STORES?
